I first want to thank all of you for your support of my new season of Beyond the Curb home tours! Nothing brings me more joy than getting to share the talent of wonderful designers and to get inspiration by how others live in their homes. I am also thrilled to share a new home tour with you This Sunday (10/6) at 8am ct of a charming southern lake home in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. Only three hours from Dallas. Crystal Conner is a very talented interior designer, as well as a paint color consultant- I know y’all love paint colors!

Meanwhile in Dallas, it has been a wonderful week with the team of Half Past Seven and Maison Venu. They collaborated to launch a tabletop collection that is truly high quality fabulous! We had a lovely luncheon (pictures below) at Pam Kelley’s home. This tablecloth is sure to be my Thanksgiving tablescape inspiration.

On a more personal and serious note, my family’s home in Saint Petersburg, Florida was horribly flooded by Hurricane Helene. The whole town and all the towns in the wake of this awful disaster were decimated (the poor Carolinas). I am praying for everyone dealing with the aftermath, devastation, and displacement of the storm.

the next home tour! this sunday!

This is the tablecloth and napkins that will be my thanksgiving tablescape inspiration. I am excited to pair it with this tortoise vase

I first got to know about Half Past Seven with this rattan tray that is a staple on my bar! The best quality, plus lined with glass.

This dress has been a best seller, and for a very good reason! A pretty pattern with a bit of interest.

My friend Pam Kelley recently picked up these flats that are sure to go with everything. A wonderful color and comfy!

This new coffee table book has made it to my cart! I love all of Ben Pentreath’s interior design.

These Italian leather handbags are absolutely the most gorgeous and SO reasonably priced.

Everyone loved the lighting in the tour with Cathy Kincaid. I now want to put sconces everywhere. I love these, these, and these.

My original influencer (my friend who always has the best tips and advice) told me about these cutting boards that you can put in the dishwasher but aren’t plastic.

She also told me about this salad chopper. I love a chopped salad, and this takes all the work out of it!

We also made this “healthy” bark for dessert and loved it!

Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. The scene from this gorgeous new home tour.

Just had new headshots done at John Cain’s beautiful studio. It is stunning!

All of the gorgeous studio of John Cain Photography. He is the best wedding photographer.

Safe to say the home tour of Cathy Kincaid was a hit!

The salad chopper! Honestly the best… and below is one of my favorite salads in Dallas!

speaking of salads- my go-to mi cocina salad order: rico sald ricardo style (chopped), habana chicken, chili garlic dressing, no cheese. The best!

Another gorgeous home in Carlton Landing.

A beautiful Italian leather bag very very reasonably priced.
