I think I have found my new favorite city. At a beautiful luncheon for Half Past Seven home, I had the pleasure of sitting next to darling Margaret Gallagher from Jacksonville, Florida. She expressed how many beautiful homes are in this southern Florida city on the river (all the photos below). I first want to thank all of you for your support of my new season of Beyond the Curb home tours! Nothing brings me more joy than getting to share the talent of wonderful designers and to get inspiration by how others live in their homes. I am also thrilled to share a new home tour with you This Sunday (10/6) at 8am ct of a charming southern lake home in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma. Only three hours from Dallas. Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! I recently went behind-the-scenes on a project for Dunbar Road Design in Paris and London. It was a treat to see the cities from their design eyes, plus they threw quite the dinner party! Back in Dallas we had a mini taste of fall and it was glorious. In the most exciting news, I have a date for you… The first home tour of the season will air Sunday, September 29th.
