This new home tour is a treasure trove of chicly collected interiors, exquisite landscape, and an abundance of joyful ambience. When my darling friend introduced me to Sims Wachholz, I knew that her home was something worthy for all of us to experience. With the help of Jennie Hugo of Crosby Designs, Sims created a jewel in Jacksonville, Florida. Her 1925 home is eye-catching at every turn.

Beyond the Curb home tour with Crystal Conner

A few years ago I was with a group of friends who rented a home in a beautiful lake community three hours from Dallas. We went to Carlton Landing, Oklahoma which was designed by the same community planners of Seaside, Florida. Beautiful homes, intimate parks, food trucks on the weekends, a great pizza restaurant, and coffee shop called The Meeting House all make for a fun lake neighborhood. They also have a community church, charter school, and a beautiful boating lifestyle.

Beyond the Curb: Allyson Runnels Interiors

Earlier this summer, I went on a lovely trip to Watercolor on 30A in Florida’s panhandle. While walking through the beautiful neighborhoods, I came across several homes that caught my eye. After sharing the homes with my followers on instagram stories, I was able to connect with the talented designer behind these stunning coastal homes. Allyson Runnels designs homes on 30A and throughout the United States. From layers of fabric to terrifically textured walls, her interiors are both refreshing and warm.
