You know when you continue to hear someone’s name come up over and over again? Well, that is how I finally reached out to Meredith Ferrell. She is a top real estate agent here in Dallas whose style is very on brand with my own. We recently toured her 1940’s home that she renovated with her husband and two young children. With the help of builder Isler Homes and designer Lindley Arthur, they made it classic, chicly colorful and warmly comfortable.

We also did a chic street stroll down her favorite street in Dallas, and stopped at a timeless home she sold to her friend, Megan. They did an outstanding job renovating the exteriors. From the paint colors to the back patio with fourteen skylights, it was an absolute dream. I linked the tours here for you all to enjoy, and some of the sources from each tour as well.
