Chicago For The Win

I was in Chicago this weekend and it was a perfectly lovely experience. I forgot how much I love the city. It is clean, friendly, and well manicured, while seemingly fresh and timeless in its ways. While I was there for a wedding, I really enjoyed all that Chicago had to offer, including the fun crowds that gathered for the Chicago Cubs win.

I decided it would be fun to share with you a beautiful Chicago townhouse (one of my favorite houses, period) that was featured in Veranda several years ago and designed by the fabulous Ruthie Sommers. While it hosts my favorite girl’s bedroom of all time, it also brings with it a worldly aesthetic of color and class that is just like the city itself.
