When it comes to beautifully patterned fabric rich in color and detail, look no further than Lisa Fine. Her new book Near & Far showcases the work of some of the top interior designers in the world using her fantastic textiles. This is definitely my “must” of the fall books.

While Lisa’s worldly aesthetic draws into her pattern design, it is her truly masterful use of color that sets her apart. Inspired by her travels, her screen-printed linens evoke a sense of romantic layering. In my opinion, her patterns play wonderfully when used in abundance and contrast.
