Her quaint  one story home is the epitome of charm and timeless taste. Her kitchen is the place you want to pour a glass of wine and watch while she cooks something delicious, and her front porch is where you want to sit in the Texas heat and chat with the neighbors from afar. This is a home that feels welcoming, stylish, comfortable, and collected.

Beyond The Listing with Meredith Ferrell

You know when you continue to hear someone’s name come up over and over again? Well, that is how I finally reached out to Meredith Ferrell. She is a top real estate agent here in Dallas whose style is very on brand with my own. We recently toured her 1940’s home that she renovated with her husband and two young children. With the help of builder Isler Homes and designer Lindley Arthur, they made it classic, chicly colorful and warmly comfortable.
