I am down to just a handful of boxes, but otherwise my new place is starting to feel like home. It took traveling out of town for Thanksgiving yesterday to make me actually realize that it is Thanksgiving! How? I don’t know. I have been so buried in boxes and masking tape, that it took the occasional instagram stroll to get a shot of inspiration for Thanksgiving tablescapes. I feel each year everyone finds ways to make their tablescape more creative, more aesthetically oriented, and even more chic! Right now, I am taking a breath and leaving the tablescaping to family. Here are just a few of my favorites that I love from this week and always. Now, back to family time….
One last thing, I am SO thankful for all of you!
A Cotton and Quill Holiday Tablescape. Between the blue and white and the foo dogs, how can this not make you smile. Also, I love an octagon shaped plate atop a round charger. I think it brings great dimension.
Rustically romantic in shades of white, cream, and green. If your weather permits, take it outdoors like the pilgrims. If not, take this inside. By JoPhoto via Town & Country.
Meg Braff places autumn inspired flowers on a light and airy blue & white table top. The shades of green are the perfect segway to connect the different palettes.
This photo that I took at a family friend’s home last autumn. This is the ultimate inspiration for a thankful tabletop setting. These exquisite pumpkins are by The Relished Roost.
Danielle Rollins is always keeping me captive with her witty remarks and stunning taste. This tartan tabletop with potted arrangements would be festive on any occasion.
Camille Styles set up a lovely Thanksgiving feast that is simple and sophisticated. More photos in Town & Country
I love the dimension of this place setting. There is height, texture, and plenty of color. It blends together seamlessly. Via The Lettered Cottage
Tina of The Enchanted Home is always wowing us in her stellar home. Her tablescapes are no exception. I would eat every meal in here if possible. Oh so beautiful! (Btw- those planters are everything!!!)
A little vibrant Thanksgiving fun. For my fellow Floridians (even though I am not there), this is for you! Via Parker Kennedy Living
