Many of you look to my instagram feed for inspiration and direction on how to improve your own home. With that said, I am excited to announce an exclusive opportunity for those who are ready to embark on a curb appeal refresh or complete redo. With the help of the talented Matthew Murrey Design, we want to make your home’s curb appeal as chic as it can be!

The Potted Boxwood and Matthew Murrey Design have teamed up together and are seeking 2 projects for the first ever, Chic Curb Appeal Collaboration. We have reserved the resources for this exclusive opportunity to those seeking to significantly improve their overall curb appeal.

Chosen applicants will have the chance to work directly with The Potted Boxwood’s Christina Dandar as style editor and the design team at Matthew Murrey Design. See the terms below for submittal.

Curb Appeal Refresh

Typical Project would require/need the following:

• An existing home and landscape that has good bones but it is lacking in curb appeal impact
• There must be at least 50% of the landscape that is usable in the final design
• Project must include: planting enhancements, exterior lighting additions, front porch improvements (porch tile, door paint, railings, etc.)
• Signature planters sourced from The Potted Boxwood.
• Must be ready to start installation no later than Feb 1, 2022 
• Design and Construction min budget: $35,000
• If your project is selected, an initial fee of $10,000 is due immediately to reserve your project.

Curb Appeal Redo

Typical Project would require/need the following:

• An existing home that wants to completely update their curb appeal with a blank slate
• Project must include: paving, planting, and exterior lighting
• Planters sourced from The Potted Boxwood
• Must be ready to start approximately  May 1, 2022
• Design and construction min budget: $80,000
• If your project is selected, an initial fee of $20,000 is due immediately to reserve your project.

Terms and Conditions:

For Curb Appeal Refresh: If selected, an initial fee of $10,000 is immediately due reserve your project.

For Curb Appeal Redo: If selected, an initial fee of $20,000 is immediately due reserve your project.

Expected Timeline: Intake: 10-15 days; Selection: 30 days; On-boarding; 30 days; Design; 60 – 90 days

Minimum budget is not a guarantee of cost; overall budget to be developed during preliminary design phase and may vary by geographic location

Travel accommodations must be paid by applicant for projects outside Dallas, TX metro area.

If selected, applicant must be willing to have project documented by The Potted Boxwood and shared via social media channels. Client names and location will not be included unless requested.
