A nice rug may seem off for a gift guide, but if you know anything about design…rugs are expensive! This website makes fabulous quality rugs and they are having one of the best sales of the year! I love this color way too.

Another great item to buy this time of year is lighting! I love the elevated look of this fixture. The whole website is a wonderful for resource for high quality lighting.

Someone recently asked me if I thought blue and white was becoming too popular. My response is that there is just too much cheap looking blue and white porcelain. This pattern here is elevated, sophisticated, and would make a wonderful gift! Add a Trader Joe’s orchid with some moss to really make an impact.

I thought this painting looked really spectacular. Traditional in nature and full of colorful landscape. I personally prefer this type of art.

Peter Pennoyer is one of the best architects of our time. His work is exceptional and this book is a feast for the eyes.

French Blooms is full of captivating imagery and a tangible guide for flower arranging and color pairing.

A House that Made History lies beautifully on my coffee table. The interiors of the Illinois governors mansion are spectacular.

Classical Shindig is a real treat. Full of entertaining tips and tricks with tablescape inspiration and beautiful decor. Not to be missed!

I get so many compliments on my frame TV. If there is one thing that I think everyone should should try to snag on sale, it would be this. The time to buy TV is always black friday for the sales- this one is already on sale!

This rattan carafe is a chic update on serving coffee outside or at a table side breakfast.

I own this rattan tray and so many of my followers went crazy for it! I keep it on my bar area. What makes this one so special is it has the option to be lined with glass! I highly recommend that!

This blanket is incredibly soft and warm. Anytime I am at my friend’s house, I immediately gravitate to it. I am planning on buying one for myself too!

This pan was given to me as a gift three years ago and I have never used anything more. It is the perfect pan– just deep enough, SO easy to clean, and with an easy spoon rest. Don’t hesitate. I am honestly considering getting rid of all my other pans.

I recently polled my audience on the best wine glasses. This brand was the most recommended. It is expensive for this set of six, but you can’t beat the weight and style. FUN FACT-This is the same brand they use at Claridge’s hotel in London!

Okay- this is the “IT” gift right now. You will see this on my upcoming Christmas tour with Maggie Griffin. It is like a keurig of cocktails. You keep different alcohols in each container and can make a plethora of cocktails from old fashions to margaritas to espresso martinis- genius! They also taste wonderful too!

I love my botanical prints that are vintage from London, and this is the next best thing. A beautiful and easy collection.

These lamps come in array of bespoke shades and give a custom and sultry look to any space.

This set of lamps in marbro celadon porcelain is the closest to my own personal lamp sets. What I love about this site is that they always have custom and unique finds. Pro tip- don’t be afraid to bid lower! I have never paid full price.

This set of murano candlesticks would make such an interesting and elevated gift for those that love entertaining,

I own this carafe set. I feel this is an ideal hostess gift. A perfect addition to any bedside table and in a beautiful glass setting.

Another great quality jute rug on sale! The scallop detail and border make it interesting a fresh.

One of the best things I own- my duvet set! It’s one of a kind zipper technology makes it so easy to take on and off! I have the shams to match too! The weight is perfect and the cover of the duvet feels luxe and fresh. One of my new favorite finds. I will never go back to an old duvet system again. EVER!

These are my current bathroom towels. I have them monogrammed. They are soft, absorbent, and stylish.

I own this down alternative pillow. When I recently moved, I changed all my pillows to these! I get the medium since I like a more soft pillow. A friend who stayed with me remarked about how wonderful they are…I highly recommend.

My shower curtains. In 2024 I will reveal my personal home tour and you will see I have two of these shower curtains in flour with sage tassel trim. The quality is unparalleled. Having two makes it a more bespoke look into my shower tub!

This is a copy of an oushak rug. It sits in front fo my bathroom sink. At $52 on amazon prime, I don’t worry about spills or stains. The colors are great too!

My bolster pillow for my bedroom ties in so many beautiful colors. This website is one of my favorite for pillows. The king bolster I have in this exact patterns elevates my room in so many ways.

I alternate sheets every week, but I always miss these. They are incredibly soft and luxurious. One of the best brands.

The gift for the person who has everything! A side sleeper pillow formulated by a back doctor to align your body just right. Once you own one, you love it for life.

Art is always tricky. I love this piece for all the color, pattern, and texture.

This upholstered storage bench has amazing reviews. While the extra storage is a perk, it comes in an array of lovely and relevant fabrics.

I love the lines on this headboard. Reasonably priced for the quality and stylish too.

This woven planter adds the perfect pop of texture. For those that don’t enjoy rattan or wicker, I always think of Marella Agnelli’s quote when referring to Sid and Mercedes Bass, “It will take her another lifetime to understand wicker.” You either get it, or you don’t.

In my home

My powder bath wallpaper is one of my absolute favorite things in my new home. I did it in peel and stick too! Danika Herrick has so many beautiful patterns and can make them more custom based off of a certain color palette. It brings a smile to my face every time I look at it.

My nightstands are unbelievably well made. They have a power strip on the upper backside, which makes for easy to reach charging. The doors are soft close and lock with the key. The marble is another great touch. I will have these nightstands for the rest of my life- and I couldn’t be happier about it!

Don’t underestimate the power of a skirted table. I asked this seamstress I found on etsy to sew a skirt for a console table I found on wayfair. It allowed me to have a very custom entry look while still being able to have storage underneath.

Speaking of skirted tables, this is one of the best and ready to ship. It is the table next to my sofa. It can also be an easy and less expensive nightstand.

This is the peel and stick grasscloth wallpaper I used in my study and bathroom. I can’t recommend it enough. It adds the perfect punch of color, texture, and style. It immediately warms a room. I rent- so do’t be afraid to use it!

Garden

These planters are already the perfect color and shape!

This planter is a top seller year after year. They mimic the more expensive accents of france planters. You can custom paint them for a more bespoke look.

I always get asked about faux boxwood. This is the best on the market..my mom owns and loves.

This is a brand we need to take note of– stylish crossbodys than can also be handbags in colors that are posh and remarkable. Reasonably priced for the quality.

I can’t stop thinking about this bag and this brand. The butter soft leather, beautiful color shades, and high quality brand history make it irresistible.

Personalized necklaces are such a big thing! This brand does an incredible job! A great gift from middle school and up.

When I was in Paris, my friend Jennifer fell in love with this classic parisian perfume. Thankfully, we can now get it stateside.

things I own that I have truly loved this year

This jacket is one of my best purchases of the year. I am 5’5″ so a trench can feel too long for me. This has that same look, along with the cinch waist. The cinch makes it more fitted and alluring. I will probably have this jacket for a lifetime.

I LOVE my bag! The soft pink color garners lots of compliments paired with the dusty and comfortable strap. It also holds quite a bit!

Last year for Christmas, I received these leather leggings. They were worth every penny. Nothing compares to that supple leather finish and fit. A major investment, but it has met the cost per wear. #GirlMath

A tried and true staple in my handbag department. An easy crossbody without sacrificing quality. This has been my everyday bag for the past three years. I know I will have it forever.

My suitcase! I travel a lot and this is the best carry-on. Stylish and I think it rolls way more wonderfully than an Away bag,

The best find of the year! I was visiting my friend Amberly in Atlanta and she had one these shoes. She is so stylish that I immediately purchased. This has been my best selling item the month of November. Size a half size down!

The PJ to end all pjs. Soft and breathable. I don’t even know what else to say except, if you haven’t tried them you are missing out.

My silk pillowcase is something I use every night. While they say it helps your skin and hair, I find the main purpose to be for a cool and smooth sleep!

I own this sweater in multiple colors. It is the best cut of a sweater there is. The mock neck isn’t constraining and the lines in the sweater make your arms and waste more defined. They are my winter wardrobe staple.

I went to Aspen this August to visit friends and stumbled into a pop-up for this slipper brand. The owners tested almost every hotel and spa slipper to formulate the ideal slipper. Not sure I would ever wear another- these are that good!

If you were to see me running errands around town in a tennis skirt, jeans, or even work out pants- the probability is high that I will be wearing this pullover. Hear me out, I always thought this brand is expensive for what it is- BUT, they do basics so well. Everything washes beautifully, drapes perfectly, and I haven’t found anything that comes close. I think I can safely say, you won’t regret this purchase. I find myself drawn to it daily.

This pajama romper adds a fun flair. I now own in multiple colors. It has a little bit of sultry look, while still comfortable and flattering- a hard combination to master.

The best joggers! I wear on international flights and lounging around the house. Completely versatile.

This is one the best body lotions on the market. Buying a nice body lotion is never something you really want to buy for yourself, but it makes a great gift. You will see below that the body serum from this brand is my favorite.

“You can walk ten miles in New York City in these boots.” These boots are on Chandler’s list and mine! A woman in my bible study had them on, and my friend Amity immediately asked her about them. She said she tried on just about every heeled boot to see which was the most comfortable and these were her top pick! Stylish to boot- pun intended!

Beauty

I use the this foundation and always add pump of this in my hands before I apply to my face. It gives you a subtle dewy glow without looking shiny or cheesy. I am a total convert. To be fair, I was checking out with Armani foundation at Sephora and the girl at the register told me to try Kosas instead– she was correct!

This is THE lipstick. This is the same lipstick Margot Robbie wore in the Barbie movie. I bought one on a trip to London recently. The pigment is perfect.

The twenty year old told me to do it! When I was staying at my friend Amity’s early this fall, her 20 year old niece was also there. She taught me the importance of this bronzer stick. Do a line tracing your cheekbone and then blend with a beauty blender- it needs to be slighlty damp. My makeup has been way more elevated since. It truly contours your face.

I am a big believer in the importance of clean deodorant. This is my tried and true. Works the best and non irritating- my underarms are very sensitive.

This robe! It is the robes to out win alI robes. It is so luxurious and like wrapping yourself up in a big fluffy cloud. It is the gift that is ideal for the person who has everything.

Apparently this really works. Mix with almond milk at night and it is like a healthy hot chocolate! Yum!

Pajama and Lounge

This set is also from my favorite PJ brand. Great for lounging and sleeping. Highly rated and recommended. An easy gift for the guy in your life.

I think every guy I have ever dated loves these swim shorts and all around versatile shorts. A very easy and fool-proof gift for men. They love them for the lining support!

My friend Pam Kelley bought these slippers for everyone in her family- men, women, and children. She is super impressed with the quality and feel.  Everyone loves them.

Another favorite PJ set. Breathable and lightweight. I have to sleep covered, but it can’t be heavy in weight. These are perfect.

Men

This vest is a unique color (no navy or gray) and it is perfect for the in between of seasons or layered with a sweater underneath.

You just can’t go wrong with this sneaker brand. Love this fresh color combination.

These pullovers are sophisticated and an amazing quality. Loved by every age of man I know. You can also buy them with your favorite sports logo. Buy it while you can. They sell out quickly.

Chandler’s husband loves this blower and the drill. They use the same battery pack, so easy to charge both. A great gift!

Most men love this brand, but this shampoo in particular smells good and is great quality. A slight step-up for a man’s routine.

This is my ex boyfiend’s favorite and Chandler’s husbands favorite shirt. SO soft. It has been on my gift guide every year.

The price on this backgammon set it SO good and it looks incredibly elevated. A nice addition to an office or game room.

I really wanted my porch lights and living room light to come on automatically. A guy friend of mine told me I should get a smart plug. GAME CHANGER. I control my lights through an app and they come on automatically. How smart is that?!

An easy solution for a lamp that can’t reach a plug- Battery operated light bulbs! No plug required.

When moving Into my new place, I wanted a new vacuum that would not take up a lot of space. This was so easy to put together and it does a great job cleaning!

Travel

A carry-on bag with style! I love how it goes right over the handles of your suitcase for easy carrying!

When I travel, I always bring a silk pillowcase since you never know what a hotel/airbnb bedding will feel like. On international flights, I also put them on top of the pillows to try to sleep better. This brand is great!

This is on my wishlist. My friend bought one and it is probably the smartest checked bag ever. It is designed like trunk, so it avoids an awkward suitcase split on a luggage rack. It fits so much and is incredibly durable. A hefty price tag.
