While preparing Wednesday’s post I immediately fell in love with the hallway entrance of the Palm Beach home of Harry and Laura Slatkin. If their names don’t initially sound familiar, let me say that they are responsible for one of the most remarkable home fragrance lines ever created, NEST. I am in fact getting ready to purchase my first NEST Pumpkin Chai candle of the season, a must for every autumn day (the cold front better hurry-up!).
The Slatkin’s are world-renown for their impeccable taste, so it is no wonder that their Palm Beach getaway would reflect the same aesthetics. Of course, my favorite thing about the home is the grounds, which are abundant in boxwood hedges. I truly wish there were more exterior pictures to see! After all, who doesn’t love a home covered in boxwood beauty?!
Keeping it short and sweet today! Have a great weekend!

Potted boxwoods line the side-table in this mirrored hallway entrance. So very chic. Just look at the wall of boxwood out the front door!
Collected, refined, and timeless. This living area is approachable without looking overly “vacation home.”
Beautiful art and vignettes in this living room that has just the right amount of symmetry and contrast.
A beautiful beige and tan ticking canopy bed.
The open windows in the master retreat let the perfectly hedged boxwoods indoors.
The loggia has a resort feel, as does the entire boxwood backyard.
I love how the boxwood landscaping has dimension. It adds character to the home with it’s sleek and classic lines.
