What I love the most about the Chic Peek tours is that you get to see the resourcefulness and tasteful eye of very talented individuals who are not technically designers. Isn’t that most of us? So, when Austin Fryer reached out sharing a Chic Peek of her home around Christmas, I just knew we needed to step inside!
Immediately upon walking in, Austin was warm, energetic, and incredible humble about the renovation she and her husband completed on this 1930’s home. She enhanced the great bones of the house while keeping it fresh and youthful for her young family (Baby Georgia is coming in April)! She appreciates beauty and recognizes budget. Those made for the ultimate combination on this spectacular home. I hope you all enjoy this Chic Peek!
Also, I know many of you had sourcing questions on Instagram and I tried to answer and link as many things as possible!
Water Street Brass makes the chic door handle on this Peppercorn Sherwin Williams front door. The whole house (interior and exterior) is painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove and the window frames and back doors are a custom color to match the limestone around the front door.
