My heart skipped about a thousand beats and I almost swerved into another car when I saw that one of my favorite homes in Dallas, a home that I have had the opportunity to see in person (for a party), hit the market. I knew immediately that all of you would also have a serious case of listing lust after seeing the historic and beyond beautiful home that is located on a very popular Dallas street. The owners kept the true identity of the home’s soul, while adding some distinctive touches fit for a family.

I really hope you enjoy the true architectural significance of this Hal Thompson home built more than 100 years ago…I would love to get my hands on this one. If only I had an extra 10 million lying around.
